  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (invoice/bill) is mandatory.

    • Customised or specially ordered items are non-returnable.

    2. Conditions for Returns

    • The product must not be damaged or altered by the customer.

    • Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or usage.

    • Any defects or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

    • Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment only.

    • Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
